Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- It must be in the original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you regarding your refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
